Chris Greenberg is highly experienced at building and operating successful businesses. As a business owner and executive, he has developed strong business and technical qualifications, resulting in a 30-year track record of effective strategic planning, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships.

He has a demonstrated ability to lead diverse professional teams to higher levels of achievement in highly competitive industries — with a special aptitude for analyzing critical business requirements and developing innovative, cost-effective solutions.

Beginning in 1997, Chris and his wife Sonya co-owned multiple Express Employment Professionals franchises in ND and SD. In 2005, they co-founded Global Safety Network, a leading national provider of workforce risk management solutions. They have since formed Greenberg Enterprises and Greenberg Equity Investments.

Trisha Robertson leads Greenberg Enterprises and its affiliated companies as President & CEO. She has worked with founders Chris & Sonya Greenberg for more than 10 years as a values-driven leader across strategy, operations, finance, communications, compliance, and human resources.

Trisha joined the Greenberg team in 2013 as Executive Director of Global Safety Network (GSN). Her leadership role was elevated to President in 2018 and President & CEO in 2021.

Prior to Greenberg, Trisha spent 17 years at Noridian Mutual Insurance Company (Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND), rising to VP of Compliance, Audit & Corporate Ethics.

She holds a BS in Accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is a CPA, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Information Systems Auditor.

With over 25 years of extensive experience in business, finance, and project management, Kathy has been an invaluable asset to Greenberg Enterprises. Her critical eye and meticulous attention to detail have consistently driven excellence across all operations.

Kathy is a recognized expert in instituting streamlined processes that maximize efficiency and solve complex problems, ensuring smooth and effective workflows throughout the organization.

For the past 21 years, Kathy has worked closely with Chris and Sonya Greenberg. Her profound understanding of the company's vision and strategic approach have significantly contributed to the growth and success of Greenberg Enterprises.

Carl's journey began at Ralph Engelstad Arena, leading sales for UND Athletics. He then moved to the Minnesota Wild for corporate partnerships, before making his mark at Live Nation Entertainment — launching River's Edge Music Festival and opening new venues in market.

Carl's passion extended beyond employment into entrepreneurship. He founded his own agency, Ignite, launching multiple sports and music venues, two major music festivals, and an international expedition.

His extensive experience includes marketing and sales consultations to startups, media organizations, nonprofits, and governing bodies around the globe.

Elise Wood serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Greenberg Enterprises, driving strategic direction, growth initiatives, and long-term planning across the company's portfolio of businesses.

With a broad background spanning business development, operations, and media, Elise brings a sharp analytical lens and a collaborative approach to building competitive advantage for the organization and its partners.

Her leadership ensures that Greenberg Enterprises remains forward-looking, adaptive, and positioned to pursue the right opportunities at the right time.

Tonia Reynolds brings over two decades of versatile experience across customer service, HR, compliance, and administrative domains to her role at Greenberg Enterprises.

She joined in 2023 as Executive Administrator, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail from day one.

Throughout her career, Tonia has consistently navigated complex challenges with poise and efficiency — earning a reputation for dedication to excellence and a commitment to driving operational success.

Harvey Blanco is an accomplished IT professional with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, with a proven track record of leveraging technologies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Harvey began as an Assistant IT Administrator, quickly demonstrating his aptitude for understanding complex systems. His early work streamlining data management and implementing robust IT infrastructures laid a solid foundation for his career.

In his current role, he led the company's transition to cloud-based solutions, enhanced cybersecurity measures, and adopted advanced data analytics tools — resulting in improved decision-making and increased operational efficiencies.

Cody spent the first five years of his career as a Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Director at Express Employment Professionals in Grand Forks, where he developed a strong foundation in social media strategy, video production, content creation, and creative design. He also led and managed full-scale marketing efforts, gaining hands-on experience driving results across multiple channels.

He is now expanding into the programmatic advertising space, bringing a performance-driven mindset and a focus on continuous learning.

Cody is passionate about helping people and businesses reach their goals. He takes pride in delivering strong results and constantly pushing himself to improve. Outside of work, you'll find him on the golf course or at the chess board.

Alessa Levi's career kicked off in the fast-paced agency world, where she quickly made her mark managing a diverse portfolio of clients across CPG, powersports, and B2B industries — including brands like DFA, CFMOTO, and Menasha. With a strong foundation in account management and deep expertise in digital marketing, Alessa became known for building smart, scalable campaigns that drive real results.

She spent three years collaborating with teams on media planning and execution for large-scale, nationwide campaigns — balancing data-driven precision with creative thinking to keep brands ahead in an ever-evolving media landscape.

Alessa is passionate about creating an environment where performance and culture go hand in hand. Whether she's optimizing campaigns or energizing a team, she's focused on delivering results, keeping things fresh, and making the process just as rewarding as the outcome.

Jessica Rupnik is a seasoned Social Media Marketer based in Phoenix, Arizona, with over a decade of experience in marketing and event planning. Her career began at Sacks Productions orchestrating high-profile events.

Jessica's expertise deepened as Director of Marketing for SBE Hospitality Group, leading strategies for 13 restaurants around the globe.

She later launched her own company focused on social media marketing and branding, helping brands discover their core values and build authentic, lasting connections with their audiences.

Nick serves as General Counsel for Greenberg Enterprises, providing legal guidance across all aspects of the business and advising executive leadership on strategic and corporate decisions. His legal practice includes extensive experience in corporate law, contract negotiation and enforcement, administrative matters, business development, and protecting the interests of both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Before joining Greenberg Enterprises in 2026, Nick built a diverse career as a law partner, South Dakota state legislator, small business owner, and youth minister. His broad leadership experience gives him a practical, business-focused perspective that helps clients and the executive team navigate complex legal and strategic challenges with confidence.

Michael Khorassani is a Special Advisor for Greenberg Enterprises, bringing 30 years of Wall Street experience in capital markets. He is also the founder and CEO of Orion 4, a corporate advisory firm.

Previously, Michael served as Director of Investments at Oppenheimer Private Client Division, managing substantial investments for high net-worth clients. He held positions at Oscar Gruss & Son and Gruntal & Co., and began his career at Lehman Brothers in 1989.

Michael's success stems from both his deep market knowledge and his vast network of personal and professional connections built over three decades on Wall Street.
