Chris Greenberg is highly experienced at building and operating successful businesses. As a business owner and executive, he has developed and enhanced his experience and strong business and technical qualifications, resulting in a 30-year track record of effective strategic planning, business development, project management, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships. He has a demonstrated ability to lead diverse professional teams to higher levels of achievement in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments. He has a special aptitude to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings. Mr. Greenberg has also championed multiple mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships with a keen eye on the future.

Beginning in 1997, Chris and his wife, Sonya, co-owned multiple Express Employment Professionals franchises in ND and SD, where their mission was to help people find jobs and provide workforce solutions to businesses. Additionally, in 2005, they co-founded Global Safety Network, which grew into a leading, national provider of workforce risk management solutions. Both businesses have since been sold, allowing the Greenberg’s to explore new business ventures. They have recently formed Greenberg Enterprises and Greenberg Equity Investments, which focus on providing management services and co-investment opportunities.

Chris is a major investor in Midwest Energy Emissions Corporation (MEEC), which provides mercury capture solutions to coal-burning power plants. He has served on MEEC’s Board of Directors since June 2013 and is currently the Chairman. He is a past board member for The Dental Service Corporation of North Dakota and the Energy Environmental Research Center Foundation of the University of ND.

Trisha Robertson leads Greenberg Enterprises and its affiliated companies as President & CEO. She has worked with founders, Chris & Sonya Greenberg, more than 10 years as a values-driven leader for their various businesses. Her extensive and well-rounded knowledge and background in strategy, operations, finance, communications, compliance and human resources allows her to effectively lead individuals and the organization to the achievement of goals and objectives.

Trisha joined the Greenberg’s team in 2013 as Executive Director of their various companies. The largest of these companies was Global Safety Network (GSN), a national provider of drug and alcohol testing, background screening and other workforce risk management solutions. As GSN achieved growth results, Trisha’s leadership role was elevated to President in 2018 and President & CEO in 2021. She recently facilitated the sale and transition of GSN as well as the sale of the Greenberg’s second largest company, an Express Employment Professionals franchise in Grand Forks, ND.

Prior to joining the Greenberg’s companies, Trisha was employed for 17 years at Noridian Mutual Insurance Company, d.b.a. Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. She held various positions during her tenure with Noridian, including Internal Auditor, Finance Supervisor, Privacy & System Security Officer, Assistant Vice President of Compliance, Audit & Corporate Ethics, and Vice President of Compliance, Audit & Corporate Ethics. Before Noridian, Trisha started her professional career working for the MN Office of the State Auditor as a local government auditor for five years.

She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and is a certified public accountant, certified internal auditor, and certified information systems auditor.

With over 25 years of extensive experience in business, finance, and project management, Kathy has been an invaluable asset to Greenberg Enterprises. Her critical eye and meticulous attention to detail have consistently driven excellence across all operations. Kathy is a recognized expert in instituting streamlined processes that maximize efficiency and solve complex problems, ensuring smooth and effective workflows.

For the past 21 years, Kathy has worked closely with Chris and Sonya Greenberg, demonstrating unwavering dedication and leadership. Her profound understanding of the company’s vision and her strategic approach have significantly contributed to the growth and success of Greenberg Enterprises. Kathy’s role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards and operational excellence that define our company.

Carl’s journey began with a bang at Ralph Engelstad Arena, where he led sales for UND Athletics. He then took his talents to the Minnesota Wild, dominating corporate partnerships. Not stopping there, Carl made his mark at Live Nation Entertainment, launching River’s Edge Music Festival and again to open new venues in market.

But Carl’s passion didn’t just stop at employment—he founded his own agency, Ignite, lighting up the industry by launching multiple sports and music venues, two major music festivals, and even an international expedition!

His extensive experience also includes providing marketing and sales consultations to startups, media organizations, nonprofits, and governing bodies around the globe.

Tonia Reynolds brings over two decades of versatile experience across customer service, HR, compliance, and administrative domains to her role.

Her journey began in 2023 when she joined Greenberg Enterprises as their Executive Administrator, where she has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Throughout her career, Tonia has consistently showcased her ability to navigate complex challenges with poise and efficiency, earning a reputation for her dedication to excellence and commitment to driving operational success. Her multifaceted background equips her with a unique perspective, enabling her to approach tasks with innovation and strategic thinking. Tonia is passionate about delivering exceptional results and fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.

Harvey Blanco is an accomplished IT professional with over 30 years’ experience in the technology sector. He has a proven track record of leveraging technologies to drive business growth and operational efficiency. He excels at translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business goals.
Harvey began his career as an Assistant IT Administrator, where he quickly demonstrated his aptitude for understanding complex systems and improving performance. His early work in streamlining data management processes and implementing robust IT infrastructures laid a solid foundation for his ascent in the industry.

Over the years, Harvey has held various leadership roles, each time driving technological advancements and fostering innovation within the organizations he has served. Jessica Rupnik is a seasoned Social Media Marketer based in Phoenix, Arizona, with over a decade of experience in the marketing and event planning industry. Her career began with an impactful stint at Sacks Productions, where she played a key role in orchestrating high-profile events, including lavish celebrations for the Kardashians.

Jessica’s expertise deepened as the Director of Marketing for SBE Hospitality Group, where she led innovative marketing strategies for 13 restaurants around the globe. Her leadership in this role showcased her ability to manage and elevate brands on an international scale.

Following her success in corporate roles, Jessica returned to Phoenix to launch her own company focused on social media marketing and branding. He is also the founder and CEO of Orion 4, a corporate advisory firm.

Previously, Michael served as Director of Investments at Oppenheimer Private Client Division, managing substantial investments for high net-worth clients, and held positions at Oscar Gruss & Son and Gruntal & Co. He began his career at Lehman Brothers in 1989. Michael’s success stems not only from his market knowledge but also from his vast network of personal and professional connections.
